The kitchen was very dated and tired, it was dark with one small window and very little natural light.

The house is over 120 years old and we could see the renovation potential, so we knocked the utility room out and installed bi-folds. We wanted to create a modern, rustic and industrial inspired kitchen so we picked the Devonstone tiles. I love the black and white contrast. I had only really seen these tiles used in bathrooms but I knew they would look amazing in a big open space. The kitchen/diner is now flooded with light which continues into the living space.
