British Ceramic Tile Hits TV Screens in 'George Clarke's Old House, New Home'

Thinking of concrete effect tiles as a bathroom feature? Those who are fans of George Clarke might have noticed some familiar looking tiles in his latest episode of ‘Old House, New Home’. But, if you didn’t you can see the episode here (pay particular attention around the 18:30 mark).

The project in this episode is to “return a former art deco gem in Cornwall to its former glory” and there was only one choice of tile for the brand new bathroom suite...

The tiles in question are Concrete effect tiles, these are square tiles available in shades of grey featuring a sophisticated matt finish concrete effect from our Concrete Feature Floor range and delighted the homeowners, who exclaimed that “they look even better than they do on the pictures”. And it's no wonder, our HD range of tiles are created using cutting-edge inkjet technology. Whether it's wood, stone or graphic look, they can emulate the real thing for a fraction of the cost and maintenance requirements.

Like so many of George’s TV projects the end result of the home is absolutely stunning. Naturally, we’re incredibly proud that our tiles were chosen for the renovation.
